He has always been fast to respond with me. BTW one of his wonder bars is still under my Formula looking brand new, and the headlight door kits are a lifesaver. Not a free ad, but credit where it's due.
I say shoot him another email. There's no way he'd let anything sit for a month. |

That is totally out of the norm for him from what I know. He is generally very quick to reply. Have you tried to PM him here? My experience with him is that he is first rate.
I hope you have this resolved, please consider PM'ing him. Good luck.

Lon emails me back right away. Alston Subframe connectors shipped fast. No complaints besides the fact that he powder coated my wonder bar black instead of red haha. Top-DownSolutions | You can have the best customer service in the world but how many customers could you possibly be losing because that system isn't working?
I've email a few companies before and if I didn't hear back i called it a day with them. (Didn't go to a forum and comment, just didn't shop there, can't blame him for the complaint though, valid is valid.).
Interesting enough, I've shopped from a few of this websites vendors because of the help I've received here so I would technically be better informed on how to get in contact with you but others wouldn't.
--Modern day muscle,
--TPI parts
--and now Modern day muscle again
I would pull that websystem and leave a note or email address or phone number... |

Also, never let an issue you're having go unresolved for a "Looong time". All you've got to do is call or e-mail and I'll get right on it. Bottom-line, I can't resolve a problem I'm unaware of.
Regarding the "Contact Us" feature of my site. I've notified my web guy again that it isn't working. I've requeted that if it can't be fixed to delete it and drop in a pop-up page with my phone number and e-mail address instead.
