Top-Down Solutions AKA TDS

Lon your awesome!! Just bought a gear nut and guides for my pull down and let me tell you they are excellent. I recomend TDS to anyone who needs parts for their broken or buzzing hatch.

I don't think they are that great. I emailed a question on the wonder bar month ago. Still waiting for that response. How hard is it to reply?

Given my experiences with Lon, I would wonder if your email made it to him. He has always been fast to respond with me. BTW one of his wonder bars is still under my Formula looking brand new, and the headlight door kits are a lifesaver. Not a free ad, but credit where it's due.

I say shoot him another email. There's no way he'd let anything sit for a month.

Wow. That is totally out of the norm for him from what I know. He is generally very quick to reply. Have you tried to PM him here? My experience with him is that he is first rate.

I hope you have this resolved, please consider PM'ing him. Good luck.

No response from Lon would make me think something is wrong. He has been nothing but helpful and prompt with my transactions.

I've bought stuff from him 3-4 times now. Sends stuff out quickly and the parts are amazing. Email filters can sometimes block stuff out and TGO doesn't always work on sending out email notifications like if you get a PM. Maybe try giving him a call.

I agree with all of the above, Lon is a first rate type of guy. Even called me long distance to Norway just to tell me the shipping deal went ok, and the parts where coming.

I''ve been a repeat customer, and if Lon sold more resto parts for our cars, I'd get all of them there.

I can't say enough good about Lon. Ordered a Wonderbar today at 4:16 p.m. EST. It shipped today at 5:23 p.m. EST. One hour and seven minutes from order placement to out the door. Now THAT is customer service.

He did have some issues with bouncing emails a lil while ago, I'm not sure thats properly taken care of or not. I told him about it, but it may still be an issue on the mail server side. If you get no response, I'd advise to make a call.

I have ordered stuff from Lon on 3 occasions. I had the parts in less than a week here in Australia. 10/10 for TDS when it comes to service and the quality of the parts.

FWIW, this confirms my theory that no matter how hard you try to take care of your customers, and TDS tries very hard, someone on this board will complain about you anyway.

TDS does have awesome customer service. Lon emails me back right away. Alston Subframe connectors shipped fast. No complaints besides the fact that he powder coated my wonder bar black instead of red haha. I could tell he felt bad and was ready to give me my money back or send me a red one. Nice guy easy to work with. Thumbs up for TDS.

You can have the best customer service in the world but how many customers could you possibly be losing because that system isn't working?
I've email a few companies before and if I didn't hear back i called it a day with them. (Didn't go to a forum and comment, just didn't shop there, can't blame him for the complaint though, valid is valid.).

Interesting enough, I've shopped from a few of this websites vendors because of the help I've received here so I would technically be better informed on how to get in contact with you but others wouldn't.
--Modern day muscle,
--TPI parts
--and now Modern day muscle again

I would pull that websystem and leave a note or email address or phone number...

E-mail me at: Topdownsolutions@yahoo.com and I'll work to resolve your problem. Also, never let an issue you're having go unresolved for a "Looong time". All you've got to do is call or e-mail and I'll get right on it. Bottom-line, I can't resolve a problem I'm unaware of.

Regarding the "Contact Us" feature of my site. I've notified my web guy again that it isn't working. I've requeted that if it can't be fixed to delete it and drop in a pop-up page with my phone number and e-mail address instead.
