Great people to deal with. The auction that I won was for a firebird decal. The auction said it was for 2, but it wasn't supposed to. So I emailed them bc I thought I was getting 2 birds, but only got one. All I wanted from them was the decal they owed me. I also wanted 2 requested 2 more sail panel birds(I was gonna pay for them). So what they did was pretty awesome, they sent me the sail panel birds for free to make up the error, I never even had to pay shipping! The decals didn't cost much but it was a great gesture from a solid company and I recommend them 100% to anyone looking for some decals. |
