Two Thumbs Hawks Third Gen!!!!

I just wanted to give Bruce and all his sales staff a two thumbs up on the buisness they run here. I emailed jenni on tuesday evening on a list of parts i needed for my 92 restoration project at 9:18 wed morning i recieved a email back from her with pricing and stock. Due to the high shipping cost on headliners. I figured i would drive down 2hrs from charlotte and check Hawks Third Gen out. I called just to verify everthing was still in stock. I did talk to bruce. I was on my way, when i got to hawks I was treated with the nicest sales staff ever. Also his place is super nice!!! while i was there I saw three sales staff Plus Bruce on the phone for the half hour i was there selling parts. I just wanted to say thanks to bruce and his entire sales staff for doing such a fine job and Hawks thanks for being here for us to have a place to get parts and answers from. To all of the younger generation that money is burning a hole in your pocket. Be Patient. Two thumbs up for Hawks!!!!!!

Re: Two Thumbs Hawks Third Gen!!!!

I think it is generally accepted here that Hawks is a reputable supplier of Thirdgen parts with reasonable prices and good customer service. At least that has been my impression of them.

Re: Two Thumbs Hawks Third Gen!!!!

I think it is a testament ( I guess it goes with "god experience" :-) to how popular third gens really are and Hawks standing in our community that they are usually quite busy, so be patient. I've used them for a number of items, so keep calling, you will get through and they will take excellent care of you, and don't expect a return email the same day. Two big thumbs up for Hawks.

Definitely a problem outside of Hawks control....Possible email failure by yours or Hawks ISP.

Did they conduct a clearance sale last Nov 15? Was it like a Halloween promo?

My direct e-mail is:

jenihill@hawksthirdgenparts.com

On an occasion there could be issues sending/receiving e-mail. Don't particularly know for sure. However, I leave at 4PM daily and for now I am here at 11AM. Send away, and I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible

Thanks Jeni

Received great service from Hawks. Good response time to my questions and very fast shipping.

Would do business with them again.
