I noticed A1 auto is running an Ad on here for a 11 piece seal kit. Has anyone purchased from them?

Couple years ago we got the full kit for a 3rd gen t-top.It's NOT an exact copy of GM (search t-tops in threads). One member has a few photos of the differences.Miniscule and nothing to worry about unless you are doing a full-on resto.MY OWN exprerience is I wasn't aware of this site and didn't do everything they talk about so--I have a moderate leak!! The kit is a good one. There is a link to a magazine editor showing step-by-step directions and great tips!A1 does have a good product.I'm sorry I don't recall the brand name.FOLLOW THE INSTALL LINKS TO THE LETTER!!! Good luck!
Hi everyone. I got in a little earlier than Tony today, so I'll respond first.
A majority of our weatherstripping is Metro branded. However, for the third gens, we do have some GM original stuff. We've heard a lot of requests for GM t-top seals and wanted to do our best to give the people what they want.
If anyone needs more info, please don't hesitate to ask

Ordered my whole interior (carpet seat covers etc) and weather strip also. The guy on the phone was great and helped my get exactly what I needed. The only thing that didn't come in the box was all the time needed to finish my car! Great service and parts.
Just a couple months ago, I dropped some coin for a new water pump for my 4th gen. They had the best price I could find for a new pump.
Also, they seem to be one of those rare companies that sincerely cares about the customer. Kind of anachronistic in these days of large, far-away places that forget who you are once they have your money.
I'd buy ALL my parts from them if I could, but they don't carry everything I need!

Were a company run by car enthusiasts. It's a blended mix of GM specialists,Chrysler specialists, and I'm a fox-body Mustang specialist. The owners are Pontiac guys, and have some very cool old school GTO's
It's not uncommon to pull into the parking lot at work on a hot summer day and see several cars under car covers. It's kinda funny.
yes, good company. I used to buy a lot of my jeep stuff there too. so far i have only bought a door handle for the firebird, but it was delivered with the usual speed and quality.
Their customer service is certainly an asset. I used to have a Jeep Comanche p/u, which is similar to a cherokee, but some things are slightly different. I would order stuff from 1a where the main product was great, but the manufacturer had included the mounting hardware or such for the cherokee instead. they always made it right immediately.

That's cool. I have an 04 Grand Cherokee. These Comanche's are great little trucks. You don't see to many any more.
