This one's just plain silly

So I need a pigtail to hook up my OEM stereo. Do a search and find an e-Bay seller "CarNeon/12v_Accessories". $6 to ship a $4 part. Ok I'm in no hurry I'll bite. Part shows up on the 1st of June and it's the wrong one. I used the e-Bay feedback form to contact them. Running through their feedback score I notice they're not exactly on the ball with e-Mail so I give them a call, as they recommend and we manage to resolve the situation in about two minutes. Replacement part is on the way.

So today, 24 days after that e-Mail and conversation I get a response.

"
Dear knottybuoyz,

I think before you do anything you need to call tech support at 800 258 0946 as a professional installer before jumping to a conclusion

-carneon"

My response

"Dear carneon,

I did! I called your guy as recommended on your listing. We got it all worked out. How come it took 24 days to respond to my query? Why bother at all?

- knottybuoyz

He writes back a few mins later...

"Dear knottybuoyz,

Oh so you think emails the perfect solution... thats why we ask to call for problems. How come you are wasting more of my time with useless emails?

- carneon"

By now I'm hooked and can't let this one go...

"Dear carneon,

That's a nice attitude to present to your customers. e-Mail when used properly is a very effective customer support communications medium used hundreds of millions of times a day by millions of customers and the companies they decide to do business with.

I wonder how many will keep coming back with the kind of attitude and customer service you just presented?

Two days to answer an e-Mail is good with me. Twenty Four days? Nope don't cut it, sorry.

There I wasted some more of your valuable time. Unless you're pulling down more than $75/hr your time is worth more than mine.

- knottybuoyz"

So as I Push the "submit" button this pops up! Precious, I had to send him the link to the screencapture!

"Dear carneon,

Hey, check this out....

Now there's a joke for ya!

Sorry if it dragged on a bit. It was amusing and killed off half an hour of a boring day at work!
