Granatelli Motor Sports

Here's the link to my review of Granatelli's upper panhard rod [brace]:

http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/af...r-panhard.html (Review of the Granatelli Upper Panhard Brace)

After numerous e-mails and/or phone calls explaining the fitment issue, I was finally told that I could return the rod, but I'd be charged a 20% restocking fee, the fee is normally 25%, which I didn't think was fair, regardless of the 5% reduction, because the piece simply wouldn't fit my application. Fed up, I sent the piece back, and when I didn't hear from Granatelli in fourteen working days or so, I contacted them again (I was told that they'd phoned, but I never received a call nor did one show on my cell). On this occasion, I was told that the purchase was beyond their 90-day return policy, so they wanted to know what to do with MY product. Long story short, I threatened a 'charge back' on my credit card. Only then, did they comply with my request to credit my card--though I was charged a 25% restocking fee. I spent around a $155, including shipping, on a piece which was advertised to fit 82-92 f-bodies, but does not. I was credited $100.

My personal experience with Granatelli is completely unfavorable, and as might be expected, I'd never purchase from the company again.

Re: Granatelli Motor Sports

Sorry to hear about that. I would contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Then on this site, make a post in the Feedback forum because that gets seen more than the vendor review. I would be ticked and not let this go. Do something more!

I received a credit memo from Granatelli today. I'm incorrect above. I was charged 20%.
