I placed an order online at the website moderndaymuscle.com on 6/25/09 and as of today I have still not received the parts I ordered or a return email from the staff. I ordered some misc. interior parts such as dash pad spacer, 3 wire stock gm radio harness, interior nuts and bolts for a total of about $35.00. I have sent two emails to their staff and would call them but they do not provide a phone number on the website.

Has anyone else ever dealt with this company and what was your experience with them?

NEVER had a problem with them..As a matter of fact I just got my a/c and smog pump delete pulleys from them. Communication is always good and shipping/tracking is fast.

Sorry to hear that you've had a problem. This is one of my go-to places and they've always been prompt with shipping. All of my experiences have been very good.

They are VERY slow to send parts, IF they even send them at all. The parts that I received NEVER had an invioce enclosed. NEVER a shipper or tracking number supplied. They screwed me out of $130 worth of parts....

Several people in my local club have placed several orders, myelf included, and not a single one has been slow/bad, or anything. All good.

I have met the owner personally, and he does all of this from his house. As far a I know he does not have any staff, just him and his wife. I have ordered several items from him and even contacted him through ebay. He has always responded quickly. His ebay name is perrypam if you want to email him through that.

I have ordered many parts and all have been as describe and arrived in a prompt, safe fashion. I say just hang in there and drop them another email.

Thru Ebay I have ordered several items without issue, however via the website, I ordered and waited 30+days without a single response, had to eventually cancel via paypal

I have ordered from them several times. I have never had even the slightest problem with their service or communication. I had a N.O.S. part arrive broken. It was in the original GM box; they had no way of knowing it was broken. I emailed them and they sent a replacement part out the very next day; no questions asked. They did not even require me to send the broken part back to them. They get 2 thumbs up in my book!

I have used MDM several times. Never a problem. In fact on my last order i ordered the wrong chin spoiler for my Formy & Perry took it back and replaced it without a problem. Thumbs up for MDM!

same here i never hada problem (yet) they have been good to me, they also sell from ebay, you might wanna buy there stuff off there, this way ebay gets involved to protect the buyer.

yea i ordered a parking light and lock on 6-25-09 and still have not recieved my order yet , i sent an email and had no responce im rather dissapointed , hopefully ill get my parts soon cuz i need em! but i hear ya on the speed issue , ive ordered before and had a few items come late and a few on time so its a mystery i wish there was a contact number!!!

I probably ordered from them over a half dozen times between perrypam on ebay and the MDM site. I always had issues getting emails back about part requests....but never any issues with the orders themselves. Always good prices, and fast shipping.

Hope its just a few unfortunate issues and they straighten it out!

I've never seen anything but a stock black plastic rear view mirror in ANY car, much less in a 3rd gen. Except for the older cars, before plastic was used in cars so much.

I think he meant side mirrors, a lot of times the oem stuff comes in black and you paint to match whatever color you need.

wtf I meant an interior mirror. they make them aftermarket and they came from the factory on first and second gens.

but crome is awesome on a sidemirror as well

i just got some outer window sweeps that are supposed to be gm but there is no brand, bag or anything how do i know if they are acually gm pieces as they were listed

Iv'e ordered quite a bit from these guys. They have always been very cooperative with me and have always shipped fast. One time they did forget sumthing in my order, I informed them, couple days later, part was in the mail free of shipping. So far, so good. Sucks you got screwd though.
