Who can I contact for Modern Day Muscle Order?

I have tried writing to orders@modernmuscle.com and questions@moderndaymuscle.com and have gotten no reply from either.
I placed an order last week for 1 Hard Hatch Security Cover Lock Pawl(UD1639) and 1 Rear Hatch Panel Threaded Inserts (GM 4950) and immediately followed it up with an email to amend my order. I wanted to order 4 Rear Hatch Panel Threaded Inserts (GM 4950) instead of just one. I got no response, and today received ONLY the Hard Hatch Security Cover Lock Pawl (UD1639) with NO Rear Hatch Panel Threaded Inserts (GM 4950), even though I paid for one.
Is there anyone I can write to that will actually answer me? I have to admit they ship quick, they just didn't complete my order.
Thanks!

Chris

Re: Who can I contact for Modern Day Muscle Order?

A couple months ago I placed an order for a few trim pieces I needed to finish my interior. After a month of sending emails without a reply I ended up getting a canceled order and a full refund and still no emails from them.

The parts they have they ship fast, when they don't have them be prepared to wait. I got my new OEM radio pod in less then a week.

So, why does this site continue to support them? Is there anyone in charge that can do something about them? Any moderators out there that might have something to say about this?

I have never had a problem with an order from them and always have received it within a couple of days.

I have ordered from them at least 10 times and never an issue. One order was missing some screws. Sent them an email had it that week (although no response to my email)

Re: Who can I contact for Modern Day Muscle Order?

Well, then, maybe it's just me. But it would be nice to contact a human about this. I still need the part(s) and don't know if I should re-order them or just sit tight. But I can't wait too long. Is Perrypam still running Modern Muscle, or are they independent?
