Looks like one cheap crappy made kit i would pass.Look up a hella brand one they cost more but they work great. But no matter what brand you use ask for a DOT compliance certificate if they can't give you one pass on them.

On a side note, I have a similar set up on my Caliber and they work great and are legal - at least here. They have a blue tint but the diagnosis system to check them reads them as white - just like the high end cars like bmw and mercedes and cadillac.
Check your local laws, to be sure.
These two guys also do custom work, the first one is what I used on my daily driver and he was extremely helpful:
Not all hid are blue i have had a hella kit on my 68 mustang for 2 years never got a ticket yet.I almost got one for my led tail lights one night tho.The DOT compliance certificate you can go to court and fight the ticket.
Yeah I should have mentioned that, lots of grades to choose from. From yellow to white to blue. I'm really surprised to hear about them complaining about LED tail lights, there are brand new cars with them!!! Long as their red I can't see why anyone would hassle you.
