I'm not sure if this helps but I used a service once to ship 500lb's of computers for 600 bucks. It went 2000 miles! The company was called Craters and Freighters, google them or someone like them. If they dont work out I'm sure there is a service similar to theirs that will work. Its just these guys actually came, picked up the parts and delivered them 3 days ahead of time. All the while the rep who I spoke to on the phone was very detailed and kept in close contact answering every question we had. I think the packaging was extra but we just didnt want to do our own shrink wrapping
