Third gen ranch

I ordered a set of refurbished 87 IROC wheels from these folks. Got them yesterday and I'm very happy with the product. Don't get me wrong, they aren't perfect, but they do look pretty darn good. It does take about 3 weeks to get them so don't be in a hurry. They will paint them whatever color you want. I paid $550 plus shipping for the whole set. All other companies were going for $450 and I still had to get them refinished. Third gen strips, buffs, and polishes out the worst of the wear and tear. Like I said, they still have a few little dings, but not bad. They did a good job of blending in the blemishes. Look at it as built in character. Give them a call if you need some replacement wheels. BTW I had mine done in charcoal gray.

From the pic i seen, the wheel looks like new. Denny has been doing third gen people good for some time with all the parts he gets, and the great service he provides. Top notch business.

Re: Third gen ranch

Hello All!!

I have ordered about four times from ThirdGen Ranch, and I have always received great service, and the parts have always been as pictured!!

Being in Canada, it takes a little extra time to get things, which is out of Denny's hands, but it's always been worth the wait!!!

A+++ as far as I'm concerned!!

As a matter of fact, I'm currently waiting on another order as we speak!!

Re: Third gen ranch

I stopped by Third Gen Ranch when I was in Chicago last week.
Picked up a dual fan set up. Excellent price and 25% off of that too.
If I could have convinced my travelling companion to stop in on the way home, I think we would have picked up a pair of doors too. Also very reasonably priced.
Thanks for standing out in the cold Denny. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Re: Third gen ranch

Those wheels look fantastic...I'm a bit bummed they don't do the RS wheels from the '90 and older cars though (the early Z28 wheels).

Actually, we can do wheels other than what is shown on our site. We actually have a set of 15 inch Z28/RS wheels waiting to get done right now if you're interested. We were going to polish/refinish them in silver and list them on our site but we can do them special for you in whatever color you want.

What is their address in Crete? I would prefer to stop by since I am local to see the parts I am getting and save on the shipping.

Re: Third gen ranch

I have done business with them several times. I even emailed for a part that was listed. I have had no cause to complain and plenty to say good about. They have worked with me when I needed it and am very pleased with the customer service.
I give them a big thumbs up. I will be ordering again once I get more done on the car.

Re: Third gen ranch

I'll dredge this post up as I have recently dealt with this place as well for a first time.
To start, I inquired about a part not listed and price.
The response was prompt and from what I gather from the time of the reply, at least one of these guys stays up late just to answer emails.

The part I asked about I purchased. What I received was actually in a bit better shape that I had expected for a used part. The price was to good to pass up and shipping was fast and just a couple dollars above personal estimated costs. Totally reasonable considering someone had to pack up and label the part.

I couldn't be happier with my dealing with these guys as compared to a price quote I had received from another thirdgen used part supplier which would have costed me nearly 3 times the price I paid and I'd have gotten less.

Re: Third gen ranch

I just received an order from Denny - it was packed well, and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. The only problem I had with the order was that Denny tries to clean up some of the stuff. He buffs out some of the plastic pieces, and spray painted some of them. It doesn't look like the part was prepped well before it was sprayed, so I hope I am able to strip it down enough and respray it properly. I had figured that I was going to have to rehab the parts a bit, so I didn't mind getting them as removed.
The parts are nice, and I believe I will be able to work with them, and will DEFINITELY do business with Denny again. I just hope in the future he could avoid those extra steps.
I highly recommend doing business with Denny.

Re: Third gen ranch

Yep, really good super affordable products( for a change because everyone else seems to try to charge you triple what parts are worth..), and parts arrived in the same condition as they described. Orderd a black back hatch carpet section and it was in excellent condition!!! Only paid like 40 bucks shipped I think!!! I thought brocks camaro and firebird were affordable...!!
