Next gen parts!!!!!
I emailed them and asked them if they sold t top sun shades and this is what they replied.. I think they are in the wrong business with this answer.. I laughed my but off..Kevin As far as I know the 82-92 cars did not have sun shades. If any did come with them, it would have been a special edition type. Trying to find one of these will be almost impossible, I would try a local upholstery shop and see if they can custom make a set. This will probably be the most "cost effective" solution.
Thanks,
Jay G.

Whooo cool down!!! I wasnt implying anything bad or anything.. It is just if he works/owns a business like dealing with strcitly 3rd gens he would know of have an idea of what i am talking about...I have only been around thirdgens for a couple of years and know or atleast saw that they have or did come with the shades... Maybe it becauase evertime I go somewhere to get a part, or something I get a shady answer from some guy that dosent know a tailpipe from a starter and he has a degree to work behind a parts counter.. I know I am not the only one to experience this.. Kevin

Keep in mind that NextGen doesn't deal exclusively with third gen F-bodies. They sell parts for A LOT of different kinds of cars. The guy has to know a little about everything, instead of a lot about one kind of car. I agree that it sounds like the guy gave it his best and suggested the best alternative. T-top shades are pretty basic pieces of upholstery (have a pair). Just get some headliner material and backing board and cut out a pair.

check all their exhaust systems, headers etc.
ignitions, afpr's, **** just anything you find will be marked up at LEAST ten dollars and as much as 30 or 40. look at cams, intakes, heads, rockers,or anything that can be purchased from JEGS and then lay the pipe down and dont argue.
