Do you have a wiring diagram for the Holley harness?

What wires are left to connect to the main harness?

Re: help with wiring

Its been a short while since I've done the wiring on my car, so yeah.

On my 89 RS, the big bulkhead connector on the side does a bunch of things. But if you have a book, take your time you should be ok.

Mine had the headlight/turnsignal harness, all the misc crap for the gauges such as oil pressure, coolant temp, possibly the tach wire, wiring for FP relay, AC compressor might be in there too. Not too sure. A few other misc stuff too.

Re: help with wiring

The Holley setup only needs 12V power to run as a stand alone system. It has all the needed connections.

You need a factory wiring diagram to see what wires you want to
( not need to ) keep that run from the engine bay to inside such as A/c ,lighting etc.

Re: help with wiring

i'm not sure but the only thing i can see that those wire are is the ac the light and for sure i know that there is the vats system that works with the key...the new ecm will control only the engine sensors that's it....i'd have to check the haynes to know exactly what's really going through these wires there I'll get back to you when i'll find the answers

Re: help with wiring

I am very interested in this myself. I want to use this set up to put on a 408 stroker race motor. not the HSR but the 950 Commander 4v TBI System. That system can handle up to 600 hp. It uses the same ECM system as the HSR. But I need to know what to plug into and where for the rest of the car's system. Also, did you use the stock distributor and Alternator from your old TPI?
