HSR and fuell pressure gauge

ok, i have hsr and want to plug fuel pressure gauge, i'm able to get gauge with sensor on 1/8', if i will connect it into fuel rail next to fuel pressure regulator will it work properly?? see picture where i want to put it

those threads are a straight thread with an O ring IIRC . I don't know if an adapter is available . You could try and drill it and tap it 1/8 pipe bu I don't know how you'd tighten it up

adapter is no problem for me, i'm just wondering if it will be plugged overthere will i get proper readings form sensor

up, i havn't actually recieved answer if it will work properly - will i get proper readings from sensor if i will put him there like shown on picture ??

simple YES/NO will do the job

Yes it will work fine there. An easier spot though would be on the top / of the front passenger side rail. That's where I have mine mounted.

Yeah it will work if you find the adapter for it. Its a 6 an o-ring fitting. You may need a few fittings to neck it down to 1/8 npt. Like if they have a 6an to 4an reducer and then get a 4an to 1/8 npt.

Else put it on the front of the rail with a 90deg fitting.


YOu can see the mechanical gauge there on the rail, just put the fitting there since holley has 1/8npt tap on the rail fitting. If it dont fit straight up/down due to space limitations with the plenum there, get a 90 degree adapter
