My single plane setup was 411 bucks from summit racing. Includes manifold and rails. Victor E EFI setup
Then i got a intake elbow for use with LS1 throttlebody. That 225 plus 50 for stock LS1 throttlebody and then 20 for some used sensors (IAC/TPS)
you would need rail fittings, lines and external regulator.
That is gonna vary. My fuel system ran me close to 1800 bucks total from pumps to lines to fittings, regulator/filter, and wiring. But most setups will NOT need to do what i did

Most regulators are like 100-140 bucks or so, some fittings are like 20-40 bucks. You'll probly want to connect your hard lines to the rails just like the Holley stealth ram swap. So you'll have about 100 bucks or so in lines/fittings to adapt to the Edelbrock Rails (or whatever system you use). Then have to make the fuel crossover for the regulator and thats about it.
MPFI style throttlebody like in this thread is another way to go. Eliminates the intake elbow and seems to be a better setup
All in all, the cost isnt much more than that of a stealth ram swap..perhaps the same. I had about 900 in my HSR swap including throttlebody/HSR/Rails/Lines. Singleplane can be done for similar cost if not less, the manifold system is cheaper than HSR manifold system. The throttlebody is gonna be the difference maker. If you go MPFI you just get that, the sensors and do the wiring. If you go LS1 style throttlebody and intake elbow, that can add up, 225 for elbow plus 300+ for 85-90mm throttlebody
