SuperRam Gaskets

I remember reading a thread a few years ago about the SuperRam gaskets being incorrect.

http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/al...am-owners.html (Superram owners......)

I was just wondering if they ever got the situation sorted out. If not, what is everyone's solution. I thought about just getting regular TPI gaskets for the base/runners and making my own runner/plenum and lid gaskets. Materials to use? I have some inner tube material and thought about trying to use that for the plenum. Think that would work out ok? I'm getting ready to have my engine back together and was wondering what to do ahead of time.

TIA!

Re: SuperRam Gaskets

I think it is cleared up. I didn't really check my gaskets though.
