HSR sensors...

Wondering if it matters where the sensors go on my intake since the ports seems to be in the same reservoir. But that one port on the right side of the coolant neck i just plugged... hmmm

Re: HSR sensors...

No it doesn't matter. Thayt front passage sees atlernating coolant flows from the left and right bank. It works like this, as one side has is hotter and therefore has a little higher coolant pressure it achieves domination and it's flow goes through the thermostat, that side then gets fresh cool coolant and loses heat and pressure, the other side then becomes dominant and starts to expel through the thermostat. This alternating coolant flow keeps on repeating so all those sensors there see the same mean temp coolant.

Re: HSR sensors...

Clears that up, thanks.

See that coolant neck, it's a Mr. Gasket #2661 and my coolant hose wont fit over it. What the best easiest way to get something to work without splicing a bunch of hoses/pipe together to adapt my hose to fit on it? Or what product is recommended
