Paint stripper for bumpers/ground effects?

I havent been able to find any paint stripper which will take the paint off ground effects and bumpers. Is there a special stripper for this? I bought some stuff from autozone which says its for rubber bumpers, but it still doesnt work. I have a whole set of ground effects for my car, but i need to get them primed before I put them on. 2 of my friends are also repainting their thirdgens and are haveing the exact same problems on their bumpers/gfx.
I am also having the same problem on the aero spoiler I bought. Please dont say I have to sand all these parts down by hand... yikes my arm would fall off!!

i am stripping my bumper cover with a spray stripper. its by a company called SEM the part number is 39913. it wont take off baked on oem paint but it will take off most any refinishing paint. If the paint on the new bumper and gfx is factory you dont need to take it off all you need to do is scuff it really good then paint, you dont even need to primer. that is what my body guy told me to do. oh the phone number to sem is 704-522-1006. and the website http://www.semproducts.com/
