Is it possible to change the dash illumination color?

I would like to change the stock orange illumination dash lights with blue lights. Is this possible? Also, my speedo only goes to 85. I noticed that there is space on the speedo to add 90, 100, and possibly 110 mph marks. So would it be hard to make my own guage face plates?

Just pull the dash apart and change the color of the lightbulbs.

That looks really nice. Is the speedometer needle missing or just not in the pic?

Is it really as easy as that? I thought the bulbs in the dash were clear and the guage face plates had an orange backing to them that makes them orange when the lights are on.
