Snap-On 35th Camaro Tool Box

My snap-on guy showed me this nice limited edition 35th Camaro Ann. tool box and I took a few pictures. Its hugger Orange, has black stripes just on the lid, a nice drive-in picture inside the lid. A few vintage z/28 and camaro emblems, an SS 35th ann. emblem and three camaro's on the lower outside. Only one thirdgen on the box. I also saw pictures of the limited edition Firebird box. Its black with gold trim, a big gold bird, and some firebirds. Before you all go out and pick one up its only 10,000.00. A few years ago i repainted my old tool box 69 Lemans Blue and painted two white ralley stripes up and down the front and back, inside the lid and every drawer. It was a much nicer job that saved me 10,000 but the snap-on box looks sweet.

Sweet box! LOL That does look awesome but..... Unless you are a full time mechanic, that is a investment I would not make. $10,000 could buy me a lot of good Mac tools stuff. And just buy me a $1000 tool box to hold all my wonderful Mac tools. As you can tell I am Mac tool buyer instead of Snappy. Mac is a little cheaper $$$ wise, but in my eyes the same quality. IMO

i would definetly be able to justify $10,000 if i was an A-tech
because this A-tech i work with, Bob, has that same size tool box filled with tools and he paid $8000

so an extra $2000 isnt bad, i guess

but i'm only a C-tech

LOL Easier said then done Alex. Good one though. Here is my tool getup and stuff. Don't need a huge box...just alot of cuboards and walls space. I am in the workd of painting the entire garage white for better light and to just clean up the look a bit.

I've got the brochures sitting here somewhere, has the SS and Firebird Boxes in it.

I didn't think it was $10K though, that is kinda steep.

$10,000 for a toolbox......

I must admit it's a great looking one and glad to see the muscle cars on it.........but it's horribly expensive for the average person or small shop, maybe some bigger shops, or dealerships.....

I still like the Hot-Rod edition better. Only $4500 for that one. I guess it's 'cause I build roadsters, too and that has a '32 screenprinted on it.

But that Camaro box is a little ridiculous... I'd just paint one and buy the emblems for it and come out with the same thing and waaay under budget.

:hail: I was drooling over that one when I saw it in the calalog. Maybe one day. Never saw it with the stripes though, I gotta say I really like it better with the stripes! I settled for this one though. Only paid $2,800. Got it at dealer cost. It retails for $4,200. Its not purple its acutally royal blue.
