I think it'd look great that low, assuming it doesn't scrape everything on the ground.

Well the actual drop probably wouldn't be quote as dramatic as the Photoshop. People do 2" drops all the time.

Nice rims! Car could definitely use a drop to complete the look.
Are those rims Mustang replicas from the Cobra? Looks awesome.
I'd only drop it one inch (pro-kit) but that's just me.

The sticker bird on the sail panels.
The fender vents.
The silver bird on the tail light section.

It's not a GTA... unless ALL of those have been replaced.

Well my car doesn't have a spoiler, no Formula decals, the wrong type of wheels... but it's still a Formula. So that stuff could very well have been changed.

i really don't care if it is a gta or not... it's just a name dude nothing more.......

but if ya want to be picky, mine came with everything but the gta package.... all i would have needed was to paint the rims gold, buy a steering wheel and some leather seats with some badging..... i personally want a ta because they were alot less ta's made than gta's..... well in 89 that is.....

like i said it's just a ta..... but i am going to change probably to gold birds when i get her painted..... i even got a nos rear gold bird for it.... brand new...

Heh yeah people have trouble believing that my car's a Formula too. Previous owners changed a lot of weird little things on my car.

heres mine with the 2" i want bigger wheels to make it look like it realyy is lowered cause those 14"s with the 2" drop dont look as nice as the photoshopped one of yours does and yes mine has taken hits from driveway, curb, potholes, speedbumps, rocks, snow chunks and a squirrel(dont ask)

check out my thread that i posted recently

http://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/show...hreadid=168437

i went with the prokit. 1" instant drop at the front and half inch at the rear, and they still have to settle some more. i'm satisfied with the results.

it looks good with almost no fender gap but you gotta think about when you have to jack it up or when you go over speed bumps, etc etc. i can no longer slide the jack under the sub frames.

anyways my decision was based mostly on the fact that i drive the car everyday and i'm always going underneath it to make sure everything's on the up and up.

just my .02

I love the way the 2" drop looks. Im sure your car scapes on stuff already(mine sure does) so it wouldn't hurt if it scraped just a little more and in my opinion it would be worth it.

right now i have hedman s extensions for the duals that come down pretty low... probably more that a 3" drop would!!!!

thats why i am having to switch exhaust to do this....

i just want a nice lines car i guess with not alot of fender gap which i have now with the 245-45-17's
