VHT nightshade spray, you can get it from summit or jegs. For the legal part of it, AFAIK you need to have red LENSE visable or your subject to getting a ticket.. I just got a ticket a few weeks ago for my taillight blackouts and my light shines through just fine.. But then again I've had them for like 2 years also and it's the first time I got a ticket for them.. Certain cops I guess will ticket for useless stuff like that..

hello,

i have that stuff on my iroc..i havent been pulled over yet for it..

it lets more light out then the blackouts do so i suppose thats why they dont bother me..here is a pic..
