IMHO i like irocs a lot better on camaros. i think that the straight lines in the rims go more with the agressive look of a camaro rather than the sleek look of a 'bird. although i do like GTA's on a camaro aswell

lol... ok... So I am "not seeing" something... ... And yeah I agree, that would have been a nice "option" if GM offered it back in the day....

I think it can be done without tooo much problems but the chassis would have to be strengthened a fair bit

Back to the original question....

I don't think IROC Camaro wheels look right on a Bird... there is something that just don't match with the body lines....IMHO of course

Well... Zepher actually bought the car from the Predator, and he is a bit camera shy and he cloaked for that picture.

I'd have to say though, for the look and the price. I would think camaro rims are probably the cheapest and coolest looking wheel you can find.

I have thought about it, but the fact that you can only get them in 15's swayed me away.

Not true... there were IROC's made in the early years (85-86 I think) that had 15" wheels....

I could be wrong though so feel free to correct me..

Nope, not quite. The only years that had 15" IROC wheels were 88-90.

The ones in question above were the base wheel for the IROC in 1988 only. They are common to all camaros from 82-92, as in 82-87 Z28, 88 SC, 89-92 RS. (89-90 all RS cars, and V6 91/92 cars) The 89-90 IROC 15 inch wheels were a restyled version made to look like the 16's.

Hope this clears things up!
