i went to earl sheibs and its by far the ****tiest place ever. My car had been painted there three times(this wed will be my fouth)within a 7 month peroid. First week my spoiler has started to crack and peel and they miss some spots on my door and my front bumper. I took it back and they painted my bumper and door for free ( 6 year warranty). When i got it back they over sprayed the primer on my rims, windshied, rear window, and my whole car so the car looks like its faded. They told me to wax the car so the over spray will come off. To months later i came back in because the over sprayed hasn't came off and my spoiler started to chip again. This time around they painted my whole car again under warranty. When i got it back, the car looks worse then when it was first painted. Only glossy part of the car was whole right side of the car. The left side of my car look like they didn't put the clear coat on. I pretty much had enough with them and just left it the way it is for like 6 months. Now everytime i wax my car, paint will come off. So I went back in yesterday and they told me to bring it on wed. Macco does a better job then earl sheibs. I've seen a thirdgen camaro that was painted the original teal color and it looks sweet. Macco now started to use dupont paint so the paint has good quality. I recommend you to save your money and find a professional bodyshop that will take their time in their prep work.

from a painter at a real shot, for ****s sake dont take your ****in cars to these places, all you are doing is killing the car, it is better for you to do it yourself with any kind of over the counter paint at any store, then to have it done there...please ppl, stop killin your cars.

Yeah, wow is right! My kids were playing with their water guns in the yard and one little blast got on the car and the sun dried it within seconds, now that stream is baked onto the hood. The paint literally washes of the more I wash the car. They didn't even sand the old paint. In some spots it's chipped and you can still see factory smooth gun metal grey.
