Hood Bird Question

I own an 89 formula and I was wondering if it is possible to get a hood bird that will work with my formula hood.

Your may want to look into the 1983/84 TransAm Hood bird decal. It goes on the bulge part of the hood.

I've thought about doing that, and looking at it in person, I believe the 81 bird on the turbo hood would be too large to fit on the 3rd gen bulge hood. Take a look at 82Firebird's car though. He had a similar looking hoodbird custom airbrushed onto his hood and it looks sweet here's the link http://thirdgen.org/techbb2/showthre...hreadid=302224

would it hurt the resale value of my car by putting a decal on it that was not originally for my car such as the 83/84 hood bulge decal or should i just keep my car original i do think that those decals are pretty sweet

my car is at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/714445

it wont hurt resale- not many people are very concerned about what decals the car came with off the assembly line

Hell, the bird might help the resale.
