Umm,, I have seen plenty of first gens that have been cut on. Wouldn't pro streeting one also be considered cutting? I have seen first gens with choped tops, pie cut front fenders, and even some more extreme.

I don't know you so I'm going to ask,
Do you mod your car or leave it stock? There is always room for improvement. Alot of us out here are not content with "blending into the crowd," or the stock performance of our cars. That is why we are alwats looking for ways to improve our cars.(at least in our eyes.)

is not what made our cars survive,,, it's the timeless looks,,, they are sleek and they will always be.

What helped our cars survive is their popularity as a "bang for your buck" performance car. But our cars (f-bodys) have lost a lot of thier popularity recently, that is why we will prob. be losing the f-body in the GM line up. The kill date is confirmed, the return is just rumors and hear-say.
ATTN: I do not mean this post as a flame. This is just my opinion.
Allright usually you guys get 2 carried away with calling people "ricers" but that damn thing iz so ugly they need to be made fun of. But just 2 get some things clear I like the bigmouth fx on neons and some hondas, but that doesn't really even look like those ones. Usually the front sticks out a little farther than stock at the bottom, and that one looks kinda like it curves back in. I don't know anyone with what you call a "*****-car" that wouldn't laugh at that heap.

And I kinda like that predator kit, but only from the back seat forwards, the back is kinda ugly.
350Cam,
I realize there's no flaming inteded,, I don't get that excited about comments,, message board or real life.
Yes,, there are alot of hacked up 1st gens pro street & etc,, I'll agree,, and I'll probably tell you they look like @ss most of the time as well. A clean car with a mostly stock appearance,, or something modded well enough that it's hard to tell to what was done but there's something different has always caught my eye faster then some gaudy add-on (i.e. that ugly nose on the camaro). I'm not condemming anyone that has done something different,, obviously they liked it and have to have no interest in pleasing my taste and that's fine,, they like it and it thier car.
As far as my car,, yea, you caught me,, if you looked at my site though,, you'll see I had a stock looking Formula and after the wreck,, I made it to look like a stock GTA. Yes I did add the Camaro high rise spoiler(pic not up on the site yet) but,, I don't like it either and it will be changed when I can find a new wing (the fiberglass ones are out of reach for me right now pricewise). It seemed alright at the time over the dry rotted aero wing that was on it. Other than the tint, a color change and cleaning up the hideous looking wiring the factory did,, it looks pretty original.
Thank the SUV for killing out performance cars.
Standing out in the crowd,,,,
,,,isn't always good sometimes. To each their own though,,,
ps. TruePower,,, Great edit

Thats what i was sayin. A "big-mouth" or Agressor that looked good for our cars would be really sweet. but it would have to look right. that one looked like it was designed in 15 minutes.
i have a friend who had a 95 Acura Integra with a agressor bumper, sweet side skirts and a rear bumper to go with the front and it looked badass. it was dropped 2" all arround on 17" wheels. it was a really sweet car but it was stolen and stripped. with the money he got from insurance he bought a 97 integra and he says he will only drop it because the body kit is the reason it was stolen.
i personally would only do a badass paint job to my car. not an agressor bumper because it is more likely to get stolen. and i dont mind that last paint job. it would look sweet it the bright green was red, and he only had one spoiler.
oh and got to get rid of the big nasty poop suckin nike sign.
