Convertible top mold...yuck

Anybody got any idea how to get rid of convertible top mold and mildew off of a tan top. (Please don't tell me to spray paint it like everyone else i asked at work. hehe) Thanks.

To get rid of the mold and mildew you'd have to get a new top. The best you can do is curb it. If your top is color fast, bleach will remove anything. Many of the mold and mildew removers in the grocery store should work also. I don't know of anything that is designed for tops.

FYI: to get the most and best info on convertibles go to the history/restoration board where most of the convertible owners go frequently.
