IROC Replica Wheel Paint Scheme

I'm considering getting either 17" or 18" IROC replica wheels, but I wasn't too fond of the all chrome look because it was just too much 'shine' for me. But i thought it would look good if a good portion of the wheels were painted black to give some contrast and definition to the chrome. I took a picture of a camaro (similar in color to mine) with the 18" replica wheels. Since i have the silver/gray GFX i used the paint program to make it look closer to my car. I then covered parts of the wheel with black from the paint program and i think it looks like a good paint scheme for the 17 or 18 INCH IROC Replicas...I wanted to know what other people thought about it, and what size they would prefer and why. If anyone has a picture of replica iroc wheels that are actually painted the same (or very close) to my 'edited photo' I would really appreciate seeing it...

Re: IROC Replica Wheel Paint Scheme

yes i wouldnt mind having the inserts painted on my wheels but its too much work and too much money when they look damn good already. i cant justify the work and money involved in getting them painted... i did however put some black bowtie decals on the centercaps and imo it gives it just the seperation it needs.
