This is probably over the top, but in addition to bypassing the throttle body coolant passage, I also dressed up the passage by trimming off the coolant connections, filling them with JB Weld and sanding them smooth. I finished it off with cast aluminum colored paint.
Over the top or not, I think that's a nice touch and it looks like it came out very well, good job!

Holley aluminum heads, 66 cc chambers, with 2.02/1.60 valves, Lunati cam 235/240 @ .050 .490/.490 lift. SLP 1 3/4 inch headers (Jet Hot coated), full 3 inch Flowmaster cat back. Holley Stealth Ram controlled by a Commander 950 system. Be Cool Aluminum radiator. Tan leather 4th gen seats.

Thanks for the compliments. The devil is in the details for sure. Now if the rest of my car looked that good... In answer to the question about the throttle body, it is a Holley unit.
