awwww!!!!!! you guys are killing me lol no one likes it lol ya it would look like a tuner car, but the whole idea my wife and i were going for is "different" i'm sure as i get older (i'm 30 now) it might seem a little silly but then i will sell it to a young kid. i mean the car rocks as far as being fast and rust free. maybe after it's on the car it will look like american muscle and you guys will accept me for who i am lol lol lol ........... ok probably not oh well life is short and throwing away 3500$ ........ i'll get over it lol lol anyway, i'll be posting pics as the progress is done and you guys can let me know how stupid it looks should be all done by march. pic below is me playing before i took it to the paint shop yesturday.
You know what dude, who gives a rats @$$ what people say. If you and your old lady like it then there it is there. I think it is cool looking and I am 33 so maybe they are saying if you get all old and crotchety you wouldn't like it. So rock on dude and don't forget... Make the one thats sleeping in your bed happy who cares about the others!!!

It's not too bad. I think the paint job itself would compliment a "swoopier" car with more flowing lines. Congrats on getting her done anyways, many of us criticize, but never actually do anything to our cars. Gotta give you the "brass ones that clank" award for going from video game to reality.
Question, did you give him a picture of what you wanted it to look like or show him that photo shop pic? I think the photo shop pic looks pretty good, why did he choose to just throw black anywhere he wanted?
OK I must be careful in what I say as not to be censored. But I don't look at things one dimensional, you got to have a vision if you want to be different. I think the placement could have been different but throw some 17 or 18 inch blacked out wheels lower a tad and smoke the windows out and you are good to go. Good job dude it shows SOME people still have a mind of there own and act on it. Not conform to everything everybody else says. We need more Americans that think like you!!
Sincerely,
Trey

to some of the questions above. yes we showed him pics of what we wanted... he thought he's surprise us.... ya he did i was going to lower and tint the window like mentioned above but .......... the car sold yes i sold the car allready. in short the reason is i have a rich brother who offered me a chance to jump in on a good investment and i did it. anyway i took pics the day it sold and this is how it ended up.
hey man sry to hear its gone but it looked pretty good. what wheels were those? they are unique lookin. Let us know when you get another third gen. -Matt
ok thats it last two pics. this car is now gone...... i have never missed a car as much as this one. it was by far the fastest and funnest car i have ever had , and i'v had a lot. the guy who bought it was like a kid in a candy store older gentleman to boot. anyway........... the end well not really i'm doing my wife car now .....
hey matt, ya know i dont know what kind those were. they were on my wife car when we bought her camaro. i know you could lift em with one hand no problem. they were really light and they had to have a wierd kind of lug........i loved em.
