etched in water spots ?

etched in water spots ?
hey guys i was wandering if any body had any ideas to get 20 years of water spots of windows i have an 87 GTA and the best thing i have found is a mothers powerball and an electric drill and some headlight polish but one window took me 4 hours and it looks pretty good but not where i would like for it to be any ideas?

Ive watched someone remove etched water spots off my back window with a razor blade. You could probably do the entire back window in 4 hours if that.

If a razor doesn't work (be careful or you will scratch the hell out of the windows), you could sand and buff. Use 2000 grit wet paper. Sanding and buffing will take longer than for hours though, but the results are amazing.

i used some autosol polish and the 0000 fine steel wool and it turned out great. just dont use this on the mirrors, they will get scratched by the steel wool

I had water spots that steel wool and razors would not take off...this stuff took them off, except it takes a lot of elbow grease. Read and follow the directions on back of bottle.
