yellow fade on a white car, any suggestions?

I have a 91 Camaro which is in excellent shape. Its a Artic White. I have two pieces of my rear ground effects which are turning yellow. The rest of the paint is very bright, very clean. Any suggestions to clean up this yellowing ? anything that might brighten it up?
