retro bird fitting on a 1988 t/a

I want the smokey and the bandit decal kit for my 88 gta the problem is those birds back then are to big for my hood cause my air dampers get in the way. Does any body know where i can find one to fit my car with the whole kit. Or maybe it does fit im just assuming its to big, measurements and dynamics would be good to know too thanks!.

Got my set from there. Came out great. Also used the slide on gel they offered and it worked very nicely( it allows you to slide the decal some before its sticks) . Just took the old bird off with LOTS of acetone, waited til it completely dried. Then I put a bunch of the gel on and placed the bird on it. I recommend having 3 people to put it on. Mark where you want to place it first and each person take a side. The decal wanted to roll back up into its container shape. Once its on the gel, I used a plastic scraper type thing to push out the excess gel and remove bubbles. Bubbles that were tiny and did not dry after a couple of hours in the sun, I pricked with a tiny needle. They squeezed out the gel in the bubble. Can't tell whatsoever there is a hole. This is all in the instructions they provide, but it works well.

Not the best picture but I definitely think it adds a lot to the car. And I haven't heard anyone say my car looks better without the bird.

Has anyone seen this one before? My dad had it added to the car when new but I have not been able to find one this size. Its the 2nd gen style just smaller. Its a bad pic and its covered with dust and faded. Thought you might like the smaller size.has matching sail panel birds and factory dot fade/trans am logos.
