i wasnt successful searching, so does anyone have pictures of a camaro w/ gold hood louvers? I am wondering how gold painted louvers would look, especially on a maroon iroc w/ gold wheels. thanks in advance.

i like the idea of the bird vents on a camaro but gold on purple?
there is a reason a camaro did not come with body chrome, and gold vents on a purple body is the same thing.
but its your car - you get to make it the way you like it and the heck with everyone else or what they think.
but if you ask you will get an honest answer.
enjoy your gold and purple vents if that is what you want.

maroon is dark red....like laser red.

it seems to me like you have a TOTALLY different image in your mind then what I am asking.

dark red, gold (like the color of the rims, IROC logos) louvers on a stock Iroc hood. I have no clue where bird vents came from.

Gold wouldn't look good.

There are some accent parts (louvers) that need to be black. Gold would just look way too gawdy.
