best "touch-up" paint for a chip?

Where do you suggest I buy best quality "touch-up" paint?
Small bottle with brush - not the spray.

I've heard of something called - Dr.Colorchips.com - or something like that.They show before-during-after pictures. Costly but the ad says it can do like 30-40 rockchips. I haven't learned the trick of making a link for webs,but try the site? Good luck
