Today my new LED Tail Lights finally came in but I won't be able to install them until after I move to my new place next week, from the picture I can see that everything is there and intact...and I will put up pics from the installation progress.
Here is what the full kit consists of...
4-Electronic Boards
2-Reverse Back Up Lights LED
2-Flashers for The Sequential Turn Signals
2-Corner Bulbs LED
All The Wiring & Screws
Manual

I should be in order to get mine soon as well. Also thinking I should start an album on your site omnipotentgoku...Super Saiyan 4 WOOT WOOT. Just unsure how I should go about showing off my car as I have a good (2-300) pictures of my car before I started modding it. Maybe I'll pick just a couple stock photos of everything and then the after pictures.
Sinister, this is the week huh. Ohh you better show me the lights with the sequential turned off, I want to see how they are since spaghetti hasn't posted any with the sequential off. Either way I'm buying a kit, just might be something others may want as well.
They look sweet, but I also have a Trans Am. I sent them an email about making them for Trans Am's...specifically '82-'84. I'll let you know what they say when I get a reply.
so is it 2 plates per side? I'm assuming you have to modify the stock housing, correct? I'd like to see them installed to get some ides... I'm sure they are going to look great but thats a pretty chunky price for tailights!
Mods so far: MSD Cap and rotor, MSD ignition coil, Accel 8.8mm ignition wires, Hooker Super Comp Shortie Headers, Flowmaster 3in catback, underdrive crank pulley, custom cold air intake, NOS wet 125 shot, air foil and a lead foot! no E/T's yet. ...TURBO COMING SOON...Other mods include keyless entry and remote start, and Sequential Turn Signals.
No modifications what so ever, install, splice and connect new pigtails, good to go. Hardest part is going to be removing the lenses and re-installing them. Which is good for me as I am buying new housings, and already have new KLEARZ smoked lenses, all I need is these lights and I'm good to go in putting the new lenses on and installing a completely new set of tails, as I'd like to keep my stock pair.

Alright I just made some progress...I took the lenses apart very carfully without beaking anything, cleaned & installed the LED panels, you do have to drill a small hole to keep the brake panel in place & and you have to use a tad of silicone to secure them from moving around...tomorrow I will do the wiring so 1 more day boys!
Here is a little video of the test run, there are in sequential mode and the brake lights run the same way when you press on the pedal...time to finish it up with the lenses on.
Well it's all put back together with the lenses on and they look awesome, I aslo had to fire it up just incase the battery dies...for those who haven't heard what the car sounds like...welll here it is, enjoy! I can't be more happier and it's something different
Dude... thats it.. that car is complete... put it away, and go buy another crap car and start all over. Give us a chance to catch up man!!!
...... nice ride... (better update your pics on ma site)
Not quite done yet omnipotentgoku, I still gotta do the big brake job...maybe air ride suspension also but for sure the brakes...then it will be done or wil it be?
Just an FYI...If you do go air ride....they don't fit well with tubular a-arms (I called air ride, BMR and UMI and asked them). This is why I sold my UMI units.
Maybe see you on Sunday at the GM show....

All red can be done, but unsure if the brake light and turn light sections will be able to operate sequentially with each other. I think that would involve rewiring some of the harness? Not 100% sure so e-mail them and ask. I will be doing the whole red setup, since my cars scheme is silver main, with black and red accents.

So heres a question; Every time you would like to switch the lights from sequental to regular, you have to open up your lights break the seal (silicone ) and tail light lenses?
or is their a way that you can change them with out taking everything apart?
Rats, I'm converting my lights to all reds with all of them having the same function, a dual fillament rear lamp & brake/turn combo...like most other US cars. Don't think they'll have the proper boards for that

You should be able to stick your finger or a pencil/pen/screwdriver in the light socket where the LED boards are because it's a small switch with 2 setting on there...all switches to the left are the sequentials, so it wouldn't be too hard.
Yes the dip switch can be reached from the bulb socket hole. I know some places don't allow sequential lighting on cars, so this is a good thing just in case. If a cop tells me, no you can't have that, Ill remove my tail light right there and flip the switch haha.

I really like those lights, but I don't think they will make them for my tails, 91-92 TA/GTA lights since there aren't that many cars with them.
I can't imagine that actual reflector portion in our lights could be THAT much different than a Camaro (aside from the triangle, obviously) that it couldn't be slightly modded to fit. If I had a spare set of the lights (91-92s, HA!) I'd order a set to see.
So how you liking your tail lights man? I didn;t like they way they told us to wire it in, so I did it a bit differently! got one side done and almost the 2nd

I love them and there is nothing else like them anywhere else in Massachusetts.
