Ok, so my original idea was to run a set of stock 16" Iroc wheels on my '84 Z28. But the more I look, the more I find that brake upgrades and performance tire options that fit on or in a 16" wheel are a bit scarce. Usually my choice wheel for American cars has always been the Torque Thrust, but the more I see these on third-gens the more I get to thinking they just don't look right. I am looking for new ideas now, so if you have a favorite please show me. My only criteria are absolutely no chrome (polished aluminum is heavily prefered), and only 17 or 18 inch wheels, I'm just not into large diameter wheels. Just looking for some ideas for now guys, I can't seem to find anything I like in the catalogs I've been looking at. Thanks.

For my 92, I chose something simple in a polished aluminum. I didn't care much for the Torque Thrust wheels either, seems they're played out to me. The Corvette wheels, though I like them, are getting the same way.
Here's my 92 with a set of 17X8 MB Motoring "Vintage" wheels from Discount Tire...
Al Hasse: those are some great looking wheels, definitly worth looking into. I like how they are different but still simple, and look good on the car too. Thanks man, I will keep those in mind.
I've never really been a fan of the Outlaw II. I've got a set of Cragar Draglites on my 79 Camaro that just make the car, but I just don't think they're the right look for the third-gen. Thanks for the post though.
