Re: first time pics of my car ,what do ya'll think?
Interesting cowl. Is it 'glass or steel? And I like those wheels. They look like lightweight road racing wheels to me. Whats teh wheel size and tire size? They look nice a meaty on there... Is the car stock height?

Re: first time pics of my car ,what do ya'll think?
thanks for the comments guys. The wheels are vintage wheel works v48's with 245 50 17's in front and 275 45 17's out back and 5.5" backspace all around. The car has the eibach pro kit(1" drop) and koni sports all around. The hood is a stock bulge z28 hood with a harwood fiberglass cowl grafted on. I think it's way better than the hard angled cowl on most cars. It definately helps the stance and it's subtle. I love the wheels because they look more business than flashy and nobody else has tried them on these cars. The car is definately rough but i'm gonna paint it in the spring. I'm trying to decide between two paint schemes that i'll post here and you guys can decide which is better. I also posted a video of the car on youtube. I don't know how to post a link but if you type in 91 camaro, it's near the bottom of the 3rd page and you can see it's posted by me 73dodge. Please check it out and tell me what you think or if someone can put a link to it from here i'd be grateful. Thank again and here are the two schemes i've crudely mocked up.scheme 2.jpg
Re: first time pics of my car ,what do ya'll think?
I've already posted the other one under my paint scheme and it won't let me post it here again. Then again i'm a computer moron and i'm barely able to get around the simple stuff. lol

Re: first time pics of my car ,what do ya'll think?
Car looks good. The wheels are really nice. Did you paint your steering wheel black from metal finish? I have the same wheel but didn't think it came black.
Re: first time pics of my car ,what do ya'll think?
Thanks webeez28, but my friend is the one who edited the video. The car has flaws but i'm gonna have the car painted two tone like the sample i put above. I will then repost with more details. I redid most of the mechanicals of the car and now it's time to tend to the body. Thanks again for the replies and thanks for the link.

383 with first fuel injection intake, 24 # injectors, 10.5 to 1 compression, Aluminum profiler heads, 268h comp cam. Beefed up 700r4 and 12 bolt rear with 3.55 gears. The car only made 260 hp and 330 ft lbs of torque to the wheels but the engine was dynoed at 386hp and 490 ft lbs of torque. I'm still working out the kinks.
Re: first time pics of my car ,what do ya'll think?
Very cool dude!! Really dig the wheels. Like many ive been debating back and forth on which route to go with wheels. Vette wheels are always cool, but for my taste its hard to find the right set up that looks good without getting too flashy. So to get me by, im painting the insides of my stock 92 Z28's gunmetal gray and leave the polished lip. BUT, these V48's are killer and would look great with the direction im going. Are they offered in our bolt pattern or are you having to run spacers? Also, what width are you running, are they same width all the way around? Hard to tell, but looks like the rears may be an inch wider than the fronts. I checked to see if these questions have been covered, if they have and i missed it then im sorry for being rhetorical..lol. Any info is greatly appreciated!! Again, good looking car!
