I know what you mean. I get tons of compliments. There is very few people who say they dont like it. I like regualar 2 1/2 cowls, but they are kinda plain for me. The SS is cool, but it seems like it is starting to get very popular and everyone is getting them. One reason i got mine was because aobut 2 and 1/2 years ago when i got it no one else had it. Now it is pretty common. Oh well it still looks good

I'll toss mine on here, I have yet to see another one like it. It's all fiberglass and it has a more traditional feel to it. I added on the "COWL INDUCTION" emblems about 3-4 months ago. What do ya think???

The coolest hood I like is an aftermarket Veilside hood for a toyota MRS. I think cowls and ram air hoods are aggressive great looking, but I like the flat hoods.

I would definatly buy a hood like this one if it were made for a Firebird.

They are Boyd Coddington "Shrikes." They measure 17x8 in the front and 17x9.5 in the rear.

Here is a side shot:

Does anyone have any ideas as to some cool aftermarket hoods that are not any form of induction for a camaro??? The ram air hoods and cowl hoods look cool but i run an efi setup and i like everything to be functional so a big azz cowl doesnt do me any good. I'm actually looking to see if i could get a stock iroc hood made up in fiberglass....if i have to get it custom done then i might even see if i can get functional louvers put in!

I think the Daytona and IMSA road race hood are interesting. Plus not too many people have 'em.

Got it off of Ebay.....I wanted to go with the amber look (K.A.R.R.), but alot of people do not remember the bad boy of Knight Rider.

Appreciate the compliment
