17x9.5 front rims 17x11 rear rims

Thats what I'm looking for. I called a place that sells American Racing rims and asked for 17x9.5 with 5.5 backspacing fronts and 17x11 with 6.0 backspacing for the rear and I was quoted a price of $2400 canadian ($1600 US) does that sound about right? Are there any cheaper rims I could get ordered that still look good and are chrome?
