Thanks guys and girls for the kind words! There were some truly beautiful cars nominated this month and I am honored to have won. I spent the last few years working on her so this means a lot to me!

Re: July 2014 COTM **WINNER**
I think the Knight Rider car had the Cross-Fire Injection, as it had 20 extra horsepower over the carbureted version 165 vs 145hp & 240 torque weak as hell But at the time they took what little hp they could get from Pontiac and used that to make the pilot and first few episodes then later during the 1st season as they realized this car is too weak and can't do the fast stunts then we need more power they took that 305 out and swapped in a bigger more powerful engine. I never found out what kind or from what though. Interesting Fun Facts.

Congrats Vince !!!!!!!!!!
Having seen my fair share of 1982-1984 birds in my time INCLUDING many Recaro's
...........I rate that car a 10 out of 10
The Gold N89's and BF Radial Tires really lock it in for originality !!!!!

My first car was identical to his, was originally a 4 speed manual though. Rolled it on an icy road.

Re: July 2014 COTM **WINNER**
just want to say your car looks terrific.
I love the look of your black paint.
is this Original paint and if it is do you have advise for me on how to achieve this look with my car?
I have an 84 Camaro that s black. it's has some marking in the paint and im making an attempt to restore it with out getting it repainted.
it original non clear coat very thin paint.
looking at sanding it with 3000 and buffing it back up.
anything help would be appreciated.
thanks
