Tire size for 4th gen wheels

If you have been reading my posts than you know i'm getting some ZR1 wheels. Thanks for all the advice so far. Now I need to know what size tires to get. The wheels at SLP come with 275-40-17(but those are for 4th gen cars). Is this size to big. What have you guys used, and any problems with you size.

I have 17x9.5" wheels all the way around, each running a 275/40/ZR17

No rubbing.

I have 17x9 WS6 wheels with 275/40/17 and my front wheels rub the inner fender wells. I have my car lowered about 1.5", don't know if that makes it rub or not.
