well, i don't think that the primer would. i'd say it may be easier to go to a junkyard, get a roof off a hardtop thrdgen, and get panels cut out that have the exact dimensions of the original t- tops. have them cloor-matched to the body at a paint shop, and use some ingenuity to attach the locks and stuff.
I know exactly what you need. I play with R/C cars and the bodies on them are lexan. You can buy paint in almost any color at hobby stores that is specifically for lexan. It comes in like 6oz aerosol cans.

What are you High? Kiddin.
How scratched? I mean they have to be polished with steel wool before I would paint over them.
You ever see body colored T-tops. They look terrible. My uncle has a 73 vette with them, although I love the look of the vette, the T-tops do not look good at all in body color.
I thought of this awhile ago when I was helping my uncle on his 74 vette (they have body colored T-tops) but I think it would look really ugly with that "ridge" on the edge that holds in the rain flap. If it had a smooth contour I think it'd look ok. Your local paint shop should have primer for glass and lexan. I used to use a name brand product (forgot the name!). It was $40+/pt but I painted all sorts of glass and plastic over with it.
Or you could go to a junk yard and see how much that they can sell you some non scratched glass t-tops. Then you can get a painted peice of something to stick under the glass. You have seen those t-top covers right? That way the color is under the glass which looks alot better.
