I had a set of those sitting in my garage for about 2 years... I bought them used for $100 and ended up selling them for $150. They'll fit the stock 15x7 rims but they'll throw off the speedometer and they'll bulge on both sides. Not exactly ideal. Also they have a horrible wear rating. I wouldn't waste money on them. Get a set of 235/60's and you'll have no problems.
You won't want those on a 7 inch wheel. 245 is the width in mm. Divide by 10 to get centimeters then divide by 2.54 to get inches. Or just divide 245 by 25.4. FYI sidewall height is 245 x 50 percent(50 series tire) 245 x .5 =122.5. 122.5/25.4 = 4.82 inches of sidewall. Stock height 215 x .65 = 139.75. 139.75/25.4 = 5.5 inches of sidewall.

They will look very small on the stock ride height also. If you use lowering springs it will help, but I would stick with say 235/60/15 also. That is what I'm gonna run next on my 15x7 snowflakes.
