sagging doors are fixed

I'm sure most of you have heard about these already but I just want to give a good word for a the guy running 3rd gen solutions.

He makes a replacement hinge bushing/pin kit and it really is as easy to install as he says and it works great. My doors were scraping my ground effects. I was getting the car painted and needed to have the sagging doors fixed so I didn't screw up my new paint. I ordered 2 kits... one for each door. I recieved an email letting me know that he has recieved my order and money but couldn't send out the kits yet because he was waiting for a few of the parts to come from the machine shop. I emailed him back and let him know the trouble this was causing me since the doors were supposed to be getting put back on very soon and the car getting prayed with the color.

So, after hearing my situation he contacted a customer half way across the country that had already recieved their order but didn't immediately need it. He had the other customer ship me his kits priority mail so that I could have them in time to get the car back together.

When was the last time you heard of someone going that far out of their way to please a customer. Bravo man.

I've also used AndyZ28's upper hinge repair kit. Great product and great communication via email. I'm always a little skeptical about internet purchases from small companies, but 3rdgensolutions is a good one.

The website has been updated with many new photos on the "installation&instructions" page. This should make it much easier to do the install.

Thanx,ANDYZ28

mmm.. 60$ for a kit that takes about an hour to install, or

50$ for a new hinge, take off the door grind off the welds, drill holes in a perfectly good door for the new hinge, and spend the rest of the day trying line the door back up and then get to do it again in a few years when the same thing happens.

I'm glad I sprung for the extra ten bucks

Great product Andy!!
