I was wondering.. If i were to take out the guage face and scan it onto my computer, use a photo editing program and print it out the same size i scanned it, will it be the right size?

Yes, as long as you don't mess with the image resolution. If you make the image resolution smaller during rendering, it will affect the size of your gauge, and the quality. That's how I did my guages and they turned out good.
Ok, i found all of the guage faces here on the site (thanks guys) except for one... i have the 1/2 kmh, 1/2 mph speedo (two needles) does anyone have a guage face for this?
I thought that they didn't introduce the higher MPH spedos until 1985. I could be wrong. But If I am right then your needle wouldn't line up in your 84. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
