Yeah it can be done but has to be done w/ the 4thgen dash also as stated! The panels are too think and will not close w/ the 3rdgen dash. I think it adds nicely to the car if done right. Also the panels do need to be trimed and fiberglass/bondo used to reform. It seems to be a big project but if you are good w/ your hands I say take a stab at it. Hey 84Z28_5.7ltr_V8 give the guy a break hes a newbie no need to jump down his throat! Heres a shot of fatal88 car and yes it is a thirdgen kinda lol do a search under fatal88 and you will see what I mean

Re: 4th Gen Door Panels

I don't want a 4th gen cause i like the body style of the 3rd gen's better...while i do really like the interior of the 4th gens tho...Just trying to give my car a more modern look thats all.....and if i wanted a 4th gen i would have bought one but, like i said i like the 3rd gen body style very much

half assed dash shot-got the carpet in now, center console and B&M shifter-right now hooking up ALL the electronicseasy task, but just one of those PITA things that takes some motivation to do-hopefully this week it'll be done, bought some 97 Formula seats on E-Bay front/rear for $280, either driving down Sat. to get them, or if the freight is'nt too bad I'll have it shipped.

dude, grow up! Did you pay for his car, probably not so keep your stupid comments to yourself. He is not fixing his car for you, he is doing it because he wants it to look the way he wants to. The guy was asking a question that you obviously cant answer because you do not have any experience so why did you even reply, were you just bored and decided to flame the guy for what he intends to do.
