looking for a V6 or V8 , from 83-92 camaro or 85-92 bird, body must be good, paint condition doesn't matter, it just MUST BE A MANUAL, and must be around $1,500
That looks good! How much did that run you? I have been debating for a while what I should do with my gauges. If it does not cost to much I should give it a try cuz it looks sharp!
$70 from procarparts.com... MetalliCamaroRS thanx for moving it... the center brightness is a little out of place... wish it werent there but all in all they look damn sweet... def love em
They look great. It probably would have taken us half the time to put them in if we didn't have do do the needle work, but it was definitely worth it--- enjoy!!

Yep, If I wanted that green in there I'd buy the indiglo version, It just doesn't seem like it belongs on the reverse guage.. the second pic looks great..
Is there any way to cover up that middle green ring from the backside? Maybe with some tape, paint, etc.? I'm not entirely sure how the whole indiglo thing works though...
yes, they do make them for camaro's, check ebay, i do a search for "89 camaro" and i always get the glow gauges 85, 115, 145 all show up most of the time, normally they go for about $30

Sorry if I missed it, but what did you guys do to the needles? I had the reverse indiglo (first one with them installed ) in my car and could not get the needles to show up.
By the way, SR Motorsports is making new gauges for Camaros WITHOUT the glow in the middle. We got the buy in going for those and they sent the ones with the glowing circle. A lot of guys complained, so they are having the new ones made. About 4 to 6 weeks for the new ones.

what i did with the needles is.... pry the needle from the guage and there was a stip of orange paint on the back of the needle. i took an exacto knife and CAREFULLY scraped the paint off (some people said that paint thinner would take it off but dont waste your time doing that because it doesnt work). when you have ALL of the orange paint off of the back side of the needle simply take a sharpie marker(i chose red) and where the orange paint was put a line of marker there. ill get a close up picture of the needles when it stops raining but it looks damn good. hope that helps
I could not find any for my Speedo! Actually I just bought a 90 Z28 Speedo for my 92 RS. What lights should I get for it that would be better than the originals?

...I didn't think of that... I have these:
will I have the same problem?
Can I just leave a dash bulb behind each gauge or something?

Those were the ones that I had and sent back. If you have the same cluster as I do, then you will also have the same problem.
I went ahead and ordered some black light bulbs for the dash lighting and put some DayGlo paint on the needle tips. Cant say if this works, as I never go around to installing them. I used a long black light for a temporary solution and it worked fine.
