Manual crank window gets stuck going down

cant figure out why this is happening. the window gets wedged along that rail thats like right under the side rearview mirror on the door, theres like a felt strip thing on that track. anyway as the window goes down it gets wedged along that. if i apply pressure to the top of the glass at the front or the sidewindow it will go down, any ideas? this glass was swapped into this door by a previous owner so i think its just user error on the installation. the glass isnt cracked or antyhing and couldnt find a loose bolt or a bolt that allowed adjustment of that rail, any ideas?

Check to see if the glass yaws when rolling it down.
What I mean is if it rolls down slower on the front than the rear part of the glass. Take off your door panel. Check from the black rubber triangle down to where there there is a 10 mm bolt that is bolted to the felt/steel track. Try adjusting the track towards the front of the car ( foward) about a 1/16 of an inch. Since you have manual windows you'll have an easier time to adjust it to your preference.
