Standard firebird dash ideas,anyone?

I have the corny standard dahs, the one with the big gas gauge and speedo and the circles, i want to customize it some how with aftermarket gauges, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or pictures of what i could do...

You are correct, John...hers is the standard Firebird dash. The gauges are unchanged, but you could easily incorporate aftermarket gauges into a basic design like this.

I was thinking about something like that but with the gauges on the outside. I saw a 3 inch gas gauge on some site and a tach the size of the stock gas gauge. I figured i could put the tach inplace of the stock gas gauge and then cut out the dash kinda like red raif and put in the aftermarket gas gauge, water temp , volts etc. I just did some plexiglas work .The piece of plastic that goes around the radio and heater/ac controls was missing from my car when i got it. I went to home depot and bought some plexiglass, cut out the shape i needed and painted the back inside part of the panel glossy black. It looks MUCH better then the stock panel.. When i get the time and the money ill try the dash next.
